User Agreement & Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Parties and purpose

This User Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into between the user of the ScolioPath mobile app and web platform ("Platform") ("User") and the rights holder of the Platform, [COMPANY NAME PLACEHOLDER] ("Company"), to set out the terms of use of the Platform and the rights and obligations of both parties.

2. Scope of service and terms of use

2.1. The Platform is a digital wellness application that allows users to track their scoliosis and posture on a personal-awareness basis and to access exercise content.

2.2. The User confirms that the information provided at registration (age, contact details, etc.) is accurate and belongs to them, and accepts responsibility for any damage arising from providing inaccurate information.

2.3. The User agrees to use the Platform only in accordance with the law, public morals and the terms of this Agreement, and not to attempt to access the Platform's source code or reverse-engineer it.

3. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in the design, interface, source code, logos, graphics, text, exercise videos, database and domain names on the Platform belong exclusively to the Company. The User is granted only a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Physical health and user responsibility

The User confirms that they have read and understood the Medical Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of this Agreement, and agrees that it is their own responsibility to obtain a physician's approval before performing any exercise accessed through the Platform.

5. Changes to the service and limitation of liability

The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the service, or to change its content, for technical necessity, maintenance or updates.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to the interpretation and application of this Agreement and to any dispute arising from it. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute — including for users accessing the Platform from outside Türkiye, for whom Turkish law remains the law of choice.
