Special-category personal (health) data — what we ask your explicit consent for.

Pursuant to Article 6 of KVKK and Article 9 of GDPR, by checking the health-data consent box at registration (or the first time you enter health data), you explicitly and freely consent to ScolioPath processing the following special-category personal data, which you enter yourself:
• Your scoliosis degree (Cobb angle) and spinal curvature data;
• X-ray, photo and posture images you upload;
• Physical development data such as age, sex and exercise-tracking history.
This data is processed by ScolioPath for the purposes of offering you a personalized chart and progress-tracking experience, running the app's own progress algorithms, and storing your data encrypted on secure servers.
You can withdraw this consent at any time from your profile settings. If you withdraw consent, your health data is permanently deleted from our systems.
